Kannapiran mills have installed in one of their OE machines and have observed that
- Rogue rotors have been brought under good control, attending time of such rotors have come down significantly.
- This has resulted in improvement in efficiency and production gain of about 5%
- Package length variation has been avoided, helping in giving direct to market without rewinding.
- Even with rewinding process, the performance has improved due to less knots in each package.
- Load on operators and maintenance staff has been reduced with Promap.
