The mills were contemplating going for imported cotton to manage the contamination levels in the final fabrics to acceptable levels. They decided to take trial with one i-scan in the blow room line.
The Results Are As Below

Seeing the reduction to less than 10 contamination faults/100 Sq m of fabric, the group has added i-Scan-µ2c in all their units with 2 machines per blow room line. Totally 6 units are in operation.
